Privacy policy

Andrashko Advisory is my independent advisory practice, based in Santa Monica, California. This policy covers andrashkoadvisory.com. If anything here is unclear, email me at matt@andrashkoadvisory.com.

The short version

• I only collect what you choose to send me, plus basic anonymous visit counts.
• I use it to reply to you and to do the work you hire me for.
• I don't sell it, rent it or use it for advertising.
• You can ask me to see or delete it at any time.

What I collect

When you use the contact form: your name, work email, company, monthly paid media spend range, the topic you pick and your message. The form is delivered to me by Formspree, a form-handling service.

When you book a call: booking runs on Google Calendar's appointment pages, on Google's site. I receive the details you enter there, such as your name, email and answers to the booking questions. Google's own privacy policy applies to that page.

When you email me: whatever you include in your email.

When you visit the site: my hosting provider, Cloudflare, counts page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It reports totals such as pages viewed, referring sites, countries and device types. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you. Like any web host, Cloudflare also processes your IP address to deliver and protect the site.

Fonts: the site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to fetch them.

Cookies

This site doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies, and its own code sets no cookies at all. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from abuse.

How I use your information

• To reply to your message or prepare for our call.
• To scope, deliver and invoice work if we decide to work together.
• To understand, in aggregate, how people find and use the site.

I don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be added.

Who I share it with

Only the services that run the site and my practice: Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), Formspree (the contact form), Google (booking, email and fonts) and the tools I use to run the business, such as email and file storage. Each handles the data to provide its service. I don't sell or share your information with anyone for their own marketing. I may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long I keep it

I keep inquiries and related emails for as long as they're useful for our conversation or working relationship, and longer only where records are needed for tax, legal or accounting reasons. Ask me to delete them sooner and I will, unless I'm required to keep them.

Your choices

You can ask me to tell you what I hold about you, correct it or delete it. Email matt@andrashkoadvisory.com and I'll respond within 30 days. California residents and others with privacy rights under local law can use the same address to exercise them.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn't directed to children under 13. I don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If my practices change, for example if I add a new analytics tool, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
